Had ants crawling all around the room when reception was told, I was told there was nothing they could do about it, absolutely dreadful!

Although the room was an accessible room the shower was over a bath which as an amputee made it too dangerous to have a shower.

Convenient stop over on the outskirts of Andover, Hampshire. We got a late family room deal on a Saturday night for £55.00. Room was big with a double & 2 x single beds. It was clean & tidy with tea & coffee making facilities available. Bathroom had a loo, shower & bath. Bath was shallow & short so you couldn't submerge yourself fully. Plenty of hot water on tap. Location was in a service stop off so not scenic at all. Fuel available with a well stocked shop on site. Starbucks also within the grounds. Perfectly adequate motel room.

Only stayed one night. Room very clean and had everything you need for your stay. Recommended, only a short drive to Wichester

Clean and friendly. Good for overnight stop. Was able to walk the dog in a small wooded area and the Starbucks next door was a bonus.

Very disappointed, we are disabled & phoned & booked room by reception only to be told on arrival they'd given it to someone else. The only suitable room was quite a trek although is on ground floor

What a dump! Collected room key on arrival and headed for our room. Greeted by a huge hole in the ceiling outside our room with water pouring through into buckets which staff were changing very frequently. I don't know what was more annoying - the constant noise of rapidly dripping plumbing or the constant banging of doors and loud members of staff conversing late into the night.
Do yourself a favour and go an extra 8 minutes down the road and stay in Andover.

Only rated 4 star but our stay was fine for the price to be honest. However, the after care service has been phenomenal! We left some glasses under the bed 🤓 and you have posted than back to us. Each time we spoke on the phone the staff were very courteous and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The glasses have arrived home today. Thank you!
